Metatarsal Pad

A pair of gel metatarsal pads that cushion the forefoot to relieve pain and pressure, add volume to a shallow forefoot, and decrease heel slippage.  Pads are marked L and R and have a peel-back adhesive protector.  

Place gel pad on foot in the desired location, pressing gently to ensure adhesion, or simply place gel pad inside of the shoe in the desired location. 

Hand wash using cool water and mild soap or disinfectant
Air dry or use a lint-free, absorbent towel
