Market of Stars Born To Run Scarf with Wild Horse & Floral Print

We've modelled the size and weight after our favourite vintage French scarves to create chic, easy-to-wear designs for everyday use. Crafted from viscose, the fabric is lighter and airier than our kimonos, with the same beautifully soft feel.

Born to Run blends vintage-washed, heritage prints with two rearing racehorses by British painter George Stubbs. The antique banners, etched with mottos of rebellion like “Don’t Fence Me In”, are our spirited nod to the wild west and the open road. The backdrop is a scenic lithograph from the 1897 World’s Fair. The florals and golden wheat were taken from a 1800s farmer’s diploma. The pen-and-ink stars and upturned horseshoe are antique drawings from the same era. The whole design is trimmed in a washed heritage plaid. 100% viscose (derived from plant fibres such as wood and bamboo).
